PHR Labs has taken several preventative measures to protect our staff while continuing to provide vital testing services for licensed business and support for consumer safety

At PHR Labs, our primary mission is to advance public safety through leading-edge chemical analysis of hemp products. Nothing is more important to us than the health and safety of our clients, partners, friends, and the hemp community at large. We understand how vital our service is to the hemp community, which is why we continue to provide testing and support to licensed businesses to ensure access to safe products. 

We take our responsibility to our employees seriously, however, and have implemented several changes to our operations in order to protect their health during the COVID19 pandemic. 

LAB ACCESS AND SAMPLE DROP OFF

We are currently closed to the public until further notice. This includes any sample drop offs or payments. Access is limited to essential personnel only. We thank you for your understanding, and hope to reopen as soon as the threat to public health has been diminished.

OPERATIONAL CHANGES

  • Lab shifts have been broken up into two sub-teams in order to minimize the amount of workers in the lab at any given time. The teams have zero overlap contact. 
  • A social distancing policy has been implemented. Employees are to remain six feet apart to the best of their ability and minimize verbal communication.
  • Health Evaluations – prior to reporting to a shift, all essential employees must check in with their supervisor to report any symptoms. Employee health is monitored for the duration of their shift as well.
  • Temperature checks – prior to entering the building, all essential employees must have their temperature checked. 
  • Lab Disinfection – All surfaces and equipment are cleaned and disinfected after each shift with a Isopropyl Alcohol solution.

SUPPORTING OUR EMPLOYEES

  • All non-essential personnel have been asked to work from home for the duration of the crisis. 
  • Paid sick time – Employees now have unlimited sick days to utilize, and are encouraged to stay home if they feel unwell.
